An orthopedic surgeon had advised me to get a rod inserted on my vertebrae to relieve pressure (it would have been my second rod). Rather, I decided to try Prodigy Chiro Care's spinal decompression machine. I immediately felt a difference after my first treatment. Currently, surgery is no longer an option for me...as the pain is no longer an issue.

I have spinal stenosis and mild Spondylolisthesis. Two surgeons told me that I needed a TLIF (transforaminal lumbar fusion). I decided to see Dr. Carlos Rodriguez at Prodigy Chiro Care, before proceeding with any surgery. After three years of numbness radiating down the back of my legs, (anytime I danced or walked), Dr. Rodriguez alleviated the issue in the first session. Of course, more sessions with follow. I advised the surgeons of this development, and they said to continue with these sessions and we will postpone the surgery. I highly recommend that anyone with back issues see Dr. Rodriguez before proceeding with any kind of surgery. Even the physical therapy sessions I had did not relieve my symptoms as well as Dr. Rodriguez's methods.

The office staff is always friendly, accommodating and efficient and the entire office is very mindful of Covid protocol. I have been to a plethora of chiropractors and Dr. Rodriguez is at the top of my list. In fact, my entire family uses Prodigy. I only wish I could find a chiropractor in New York City as capable and instinctive as Dr. Rodriguez.

Dr rodriguez is excellent, quick and efficient at realigning my spine, releasing muscle spasms, adjusting my ankles and wrists all in one visit. After having chronic pain, I’ve been a patient of Dr.Rodriguez for about a year now. He and his staff are the best. They always fit me in for appointments when it’s convenient for me, even if it’s last minute. He’s a fantastic chiropractor- the first time I went in for a consultation he was very patient and kind, listened to all my issues and concerns and since then has been provide me excellent care. I’ve been going to Dr. Carlos and his team at Prodigy for about 6-8 months. The experience has been nothing less than exceptional. I suffered from pinched nerves in my neck, shoulder, back, and hand. In the past, these issues seemed to be something I would deal with for the rest of my life however after going to Dr. Carlos, my pain has completely gone away and I no longer suffer from the pain I once had. I see Dr. Carlos at Prodigy on a regular basis and am proud to say I haven’t had an issue since the onset of my pinched nerves. The entire staff at Prodigy is also extremely kind and accommodating. I am a senior with recurring lower back issues which severely impact my mobility from time to time. I’m not a fan of surgery and have heard back surgery is complex. I discovered Prodigy about 10 years ago and highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez. He is experienced, professional and compassionate. His office is equipped with the latest Chiropractic equipment. The Flex-distraction machine has been a life changer! My husband is also a long time patient of Dr. Rodriguez. We rely on Prodigy whenever we feel skeletal discomfort because we know Dr. Rodriguez will quickly have us back to normal.

Amazing Santa Monica chiropractor! I’ve been going to Carlos Rodriguez, DC, for 5 years. I started therapy because of stiffness in my neck, numbness in my fingers, and soreness in my shoulder. I felt great in a short period of time. I continue to go as needed to maintain my health and decrease my recovery time post workouts. Parking across the street is easy and free (90 mins) and their staff is Midwestern level friendly. Highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a chiro this is the place. Dr Rodriguez is incredible and been doing this for 20 years. I have been to several chiro's and he has some excellent adjustments that I had never seen before. He is thoughtful in my specific treatment needs vs. just performing the same adjustments on every patient. I have been seeing him for a shoulder issue and can see significant improvement. He takes insurance, which is a plus. His office does a great job with a quick intake you can do online for insurance. In addition he is incredibly positive as well as his staff. Everyone is great to interact with and the office is professional, clean, and comfortable. The 90 minute free parking at the mall parking makes getting in and out convenient which in LA is appreciated.
